Mission Statement:
2.1"The African Students Progressive Action Committee" is established for the purpose of the following 2.1.1 To unite a students who are passionate about the advancement of Africa 2.1.2 To inform, educate and discuss political, social, and educational problems present in African countries today 2.1.3 To give a voice and representation to African people in political, social, and economic despair 2.1.4 To find solutions to problems facing Africa and work towards making those solutions reality

Membership Requirements
1. Attendance of at least 50% of all meetings during a given semester. 2. Active participation in most of the activities sponsored by "the African Students Progressive Action Committee" unless the activity interferes with either scholastic or financial constraints. "The African Students Progressive Action Committee" openly admits students to its membership and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, personal appearance, age, national origin, political affiliation, physical or mental disability, or on the basis of rights secured by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
